Remove the pillowcase before washing. Machine wash the pillowcase on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not machine wash the inner foam pillow.

We currently ship to Singapore and selected international destinations. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Standard shipping within Singapore typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 14-day free trial on Cloudform. Returns are not eligible once the trial period has ended, or if the product has been damaged, altered, or returned without its original components. All returns are assessed to ensure they meet hygiene and condition standards.

Yes, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item. The item must meet our return criteria.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
