We currently ship to Singapore and selected international destinations. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Standard shipping within Singapore typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

Tried it and it's not for you? You're covered by our 14-day comfort guarantee. If you've slept on it and it just doesn't feel right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return — no need to justify it.

Haven't opened it? You can return any unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Email us at hello@cloudcomfort.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Returns are simple — we'll confirm whether you fall under the comfort guarantee or the standard return window and give you next steps.

We offer a 14-day free trial on Cloudform. Returns are not eligible once the trial period has ended, or if the product has been damaged, altered, or returned without its original components. All returns are assessed to ensure they meet hygiene and condition standards.

Yes, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item. The item must meet our return criteria.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
